Pro - A few steps to metro station, very convenient, also nearby bus stops. Best location for using public transportation. Complementary snack (donuts, croissant) and drinking water available at the lobby. Nice decoration at lobby, and elevator to lobby (lobby is one floor upper than ground floor), no issue when travelling with luggage). Room is clean, not big but sufficient and functional.

I liked the style of the whole hotel and the position was also good. Close to the center, there is metro station nearby and bust stop as well. Staff was super kind.

The staff and the location and the cleaness are perfect. Although the staff can't do anything to reduce the noises, they provided their best help. I used a pair of earplugs to sleep.

Great breakfast, location was quite central and easy accessible by foot to and from the main Madrid attractions. Rooms are quite soundproof so no disturbance from the street noise. Fully recommend

Staff is amazing! Linens crispy clean, room is very clean. It is very quiet - you can hear very little from the outside or from inside the of other rooms. I forgot my iPhone earbuds and got them back! Breakfast is nice ++. nice assortment. Location - the best in Malsana! Keep it up guys!

Staff was excellent, Selene director was ver helpful, The flamenco show was vey good . She was booked train tickets. Great help. Location of hotel is very close to all sites

Nice, standard hotel in tbe center of Madrid, close to the metro, easy to reach from the airport. Simple but comfy room, good bed (and pillows), lovely breakfast.

A gorgeous new hotel, with stylish and comfortable rooms. In a great location in Malasaña. I love the throwbacks to the golden age of el cine everywhere around the hotel. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Madrid.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is great, close to lots of restaurants and bars. The city centre is a short walk away.
